Our quality approach supports consistent workmanship, customer satisfaction, effective risk management and continual improvement across all electrical projects and operations.
SCOPE
This policy applies to all Trimlec Electrical employees, apprentices, contractors, subcontractors and other workers engaged in our operations, including electrical installation, maintenance, testing, commissioning, fault finding and project works.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Management will:

Provide the resources, training and supervision required to achieve quality outcomes.

Establish and review quality objectives.

Monitor quality performance and address non-conformances.

Ensure relevant procedures, standards and client requirements are communicated and followed.

All Workers will:

Perform work in accordance with approved procedures, drawings, specifications and applicable standards.

Complete required inspections, testing and documentation.

Report defects, quality concerns and non-conformances promptly.

Participate in training and continual improvement activities.

Never knowingly accept or leave work that does not meet required quality or compliance standards.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL
Trimlec Electrical uses quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure work is completed correctly and requirements are verified.

NON-CONFORMANCE & CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT
Where work, materials or processes do not meet specified requirements, Trimlec Electrical will investigate and implement appropriate corrective action. Where practicable, root causes will be identified to prevent recurrence.
Quality performance will be reviewed through client feedback, inspections, testing, incident investigations, corrective actions and management review.

LOCATION & REVIEW
This policy is maintained within the Trimlec Electrical management system and is available to workers and relevant stakeholders.
The policy will be reviewed at least every two years, or earlier where there are significant changes to legislation, standards, business operations or quality requirements.
